Mr. Rudi De Winter is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Director of the Company. Mr. De Winter joined XFAB in 2011 as CoCEO and became CEO in 2014. Between 1996 and 2011 he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Melexis NV. Prior to that date, Mr. De Winter served as a development engineer at Mietec Alcatel from 1984 to 1985 and as a development manager at Elmos GmbH from 1985 to 1989. In 1990, Mr. De Winter became director together with Mr. Duchtelet of XTRION NV, the parent company of XFAB. Mr. De Winter holds a degree in electronic engineering from the University of Ghent. since 2018.
