Mr. Zhang Hao Ning is a Executive Vice President of Yanlord Land Group Ltd., effective May 2012. He is responsible for project development. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of our Nanjing operations since 2005 and was responsible for the overall management of our business in Nanjing. He was our Assistant General Manager of our Nanjing operations between 2000 and 2005, and the Manager of our Nanjing operations department from 1994 to 2000. Prior to joining us, he worked as a Cost Engineer in the Architecture Design Institute, Nanjing and Hong Kong Changjiang Pte. Ltd., Nanjing between 1990 and 1994, and was responsible for the management of their engineering budgets and was also involved in the design work of the Architecture Design Institute since 2012.
