Mr. Joris Wiel Jan Wilms is Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of the company. Mr. Wilms has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since November 2017. Mr. Wilms joined our Company in July 2016 as Vice President and Head of Clinical Operations and has extensive industry experience in clinical development, primarily within oncology and hematology indications. Mr. Wilms was at KLIFO AS from 2010 to 2016, where he served as Vice PresidentClinical Trial Services and Pharmacovigilance Services, and at Genmab from 2004 to 2010, where he served as Associate Director of Clinical Development from 2008 to 2010. At KLIFO and Genmab, he was responsible for overseeing several firstinhuman studies and pivotal clinical trials, leading to the approval of two monoclonal antibodybased products since 2017.
