NEW YORK, March 20, 2023--Franklin BSP Realty Trust, Inc. today announced its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter 2023 dividend of 0.355 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 10, 2023 to common stockholders of record as of March 31, 2023. The Board of Directors also declared a first quarter 2023 dividend on its convertible Series H Preferred Stock in an amount equal to the as-converted common dividend amount.
