Hong Kong Exchanges has a total of 1.27 Billion outstanding shares. 30% of Hong Kong Exchanges outstanding shares are owned by outside corporations. Retail investors, on the other hand, need to know that institutional holders can own millions of shares of Hong Kong, and when they decide to sell, the pink sheet will often sell-off, which may instantly impact shareholders' value.
