Mr. Marcin Chludzinski has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board at KGHM Polska Miedz Spolka Akcyjna since August 24, 2018. He has held this position since July 6, 2018. Chludzinski is a graduate of the Institute of Social Policy and the European Institute of Regional and Local Development at the University of Warsaw. He finished his MBA at the Institute of Economics at Polska Akademia Nauk PAN . He has experience in the management of commercial law companies, restructuring projects and corporate supervision. He is Member of Narodowa Rada Rozwoju, an advisory body to the President of the Republic of Poland, and of the Jury of the Economic Awards of the President of Poland.
