Ms. Pamela Sue Pierce serves an Independent Director of the Company, She has served as one of our directors since May 2007. From 2005 to 2013, she served on the board of directors of Michael Baker Corporationrationration, and from 2002 to 2004, she was the President of Huber Energy LP, an operating company of J.M. Huber Corporationrationration. From 2000 to 2002, she was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Houstonbased Mirant Americas Energy Capital and Production Company. She has also held a variety of managerial positions with ARCO Oil and Gas Company, ARCO Alaska and Vastar Resources, Inc. She received a BS Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a MBA in Corporationrationrate Finance from the University of Dallas since 2007.
