Mr. LloydD. Frink is Executive Chairman of the Board, President, CoFounder of the Company. Mr. Frink cofounder and has served as Executive Chairman since February 2019, as a member of the board since inception in December 2004, and as President since February 2005. Mr. Frink previously served as Vice Chairman from March 2011 to February 2019, Chief Strategy Officer from September 2010 to March 2011, Treasurer from December 2009 to March 2011, and as Vice President from December 2004 to February 2005. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Frink was at Expedia, Inc., where he held many leadership positions, including Senior Vice President, Supplier Relations, in which position he managed the air, hotel, car, destination services, content, merchandising and partner marketing groups from 2003 to 2004. From 1988 to 1999, Mr. Frink was at Microsoft Corporationrationration, a technology company, where he worked in many leadership roles, including as part of the founding Expedia team and as a Group Program Manager from 1991 to 1995 and 1997 to 1999. Mr. Frink serves on the board of directors of GrubHub, Inc., an online and mobile foodordering company. Mr. Frink holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University. since 2019.
