Mr. Richard N. Barton is Chief Executive Officer, CoFounder, Director of the Company. Mr. Barton cofounder and has served as Chief Executive Officer since February 2019. Mr. Barton served as a venture partner at Benchmark, a VC firm, from February 2005 through 2018. Prior to cofounding our Company, Mr. Barton founded Expedia as a group within Microsoft Corporation in 1994. Microsoft spun out the group as Expedia, Inc. in 1999, and Mr. Barton served as Expedias President, Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its board of directors from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Barton also cofounded and served as NonExecutive Chairman of Glassdoor, a job search site where people also rate and review companies and contribute detailed salary data, from June 2007 through the companys acquisition in June 2018. Mr. Barton has served on the board of directors of Netflix, Inc., an online media subscription service provider, since 2002 and Qurate Retail, Inc., a holding company of businesses in the digital commerce, media, communications and entertainment industries, since 2016 since 2019.
