Mr. Harned is a former member of the board of directors of bswift, Danka Business Systems PLC, The Meow Mix Company, Stone Canyon Entertainment, Brand Connections LLC and Philadelphia Media Network. Mr. Harned received a Bachelors degree from Williams College in 1985. Mr. Harned is the brotherinlaw of J. Joel Quadracci, the Companys Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and the brotherinlaw of Kathryn Quadracci Flores, M.D., a director of the Company. QuadGraphics believes that Mr. Harneds experience in the financial services industry and his leadership at several companies in various industries qualifies him to serve as a director of the Company. since 2005.
