Mr. John S. Shiely serves as Independent Director of QuadGraphics Inc., since 1996. He is is the Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Shiely is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Briggs Stratton Corporationrationration, a producer of air cooled gasoline engines for outdoor power equipment. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2001 and Chairman in 2003, Mr. Shiely had worked for Briggs Stratton Corporation in various capacities, including Vice President and General Counsel, Executive Vice President Administration and President, since joining the company in 1986. Mr. Shiely has served as a director of BMO Financial Corporation since 2011, BMO Harris Bank N.A. since 2012, The Scotts MiracleGro Company from 2007 to 2013 and of Oshkosh Corporation since 2012, and served as a director of Marshall Ilsley Corporation from 1999 until its sale in 2011 since 1996.
